Boy O Boy

A lot of people we know that are having babies are having boys, so we thought we would be one of the crowd. Found out last night at our second sonogram that JoJo is a boy. Here are a couple of print outs of the little boy from last night. He is all healthy - he's got two arms, legs, eyes...all that good stuff. His heart is beating and he's got a stomach and a bladder. We were told that he is 12 oz.

He was moving around a lot during the sonogram, but Jessi can't feel any movement because the position of her placenta is cushioning him like a pillow. The doctor says she should be able to feel him in a couple of weeks as he gets bigger. I should talk to the kid more through Jessi's stomach but haven't been too regular about it. The boy's going to come out and not know that I am his dad! And when I do talk to him, I find myself using this stupid baby talk voice, which I promised myself I wouldn't do when I had a kid.

On another note, the sonogram was pretty freaky. You could see JoJo's spine and skeleton, which really freaked me out when I was watching the screen! Especially since he is looking more and more like a fully grown baby. Well, say hello to our soon to be arriving boy.
JoJo is lounging with his feet up. He takes after his Dad ;p. Looks like he has really long legs.
